Since 2012, Silentsystem has powered silent events across Europe and, today, in the United States and worldwide, supplying wireless headphone systems for parties, conferences, fitness events and much more. Working closely with organizers of every size, we kept seeing the same challenge: handing out headphones quickly and securely during events.

So we built a simple, practical solution: the Silentsystem Headphone Manager App. Easy to use, fast and reliable, it lets you manage everything right from your phone, with no hassle. It was designed by rental professionals for people working in the field who need real efficiency during the event.

Guide

The complete guide to the Headphone Manager app

The key steps to set up your event, assign and collect headphones, and read your stats.

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Menu > Set up event
  3. Tap Create new event
  4. Enter the event name and date

You have 24 hours to handle check-ins and returns. After that, only the stats will be available.

Use multiple devices at the same event to keep everything in sync in real time.

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Menu > Set up event
  3. Select the same event or scan the QR code from another device

All actions (check-ins and returns) will sync across every device.

  1. Enter an email or phone number
  2. Tap Next
  3. Hold the headphone up to the top of the phone
  4. Tap Next

Verification:

  • Tap the card (NFC / Apple Pay / Google Pay)
  • Or verify the ID manually (front/back photo)

The user signs and confirms to complete the assignment.

During the event:

  1. Tap the NFC icon
  2. Hold the headphone up to the phone

End of the event:

  1. Go to Menu > Return mode
  2. Hold the headphones up to the phone to log the return

  1. Share the Express Check-in link
  2. Users pre-register
  3. They receive a personal QR code

During the event:

  • Scan their QR code
  • Assign the headphones instantly

Fast, no lines, no manual data entry.

Check your data in real time:

  • Active: headphones currently in use
  • Total: total assignments
  • Peak: maximum usage
