The Silentsystem Headphone Manager App is a smart and scalable solution for managing the logistics of wireless headphones at any silent event. Designed specifically for event rental professionals, the app simplifies every step of the process — from instant check-ins via QR code, to fast and accurate headphone assignment, all the way to deposit management for increased security. With real-time inventory tracking, quick returns, and compatibility with ticketing systems like Eventbrite, it helps prevent losses and improve overall efficiency. Whether it’s a silent disco, a corporate conference, or a fitness session, the app ensures a professional experience for both organizers and participants. Fully customizable with your brand, it allows you to focus on the event, not the equipment.

SILENTSYSTEM APP – COMPLETE GUIDE

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Menu > Set Event
  3. Tap Create New Event
  4. Enter the event name and date

You have 24 hours to manage check-ins and returns. After this period, only statistics will be available.

Use multiple devices on the same event to keep everything synchronized in real time.

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Menu > Set Event
  3. Select the same event or scan the QR code from another device

All actions (check-ins and returns) will be synchronized across all devices.

  1. Enter email or phone number
  2. Tap Next
  3. Hold the headphone near the top of the phone
  4. Tap Next

Verification:

  • Hold a card close (NFC / Apple Pay / Google Pay)
  • Or verify manually using an ID (front/back photo)

The user signs and confirms to complete the assignment.

During the event:

  1. Tap the NFC icon
  2. Hold the headphone near the phone

End of the event:

  1. Go to Menu > Return Mode
  2. Hold the headphones near the phone to register the return
  1. Share the Express Check-in link
  2. Users pre-register
  3. They receive a personal QR code

During the event:

  • Scan their QR code
  • Assign headphones instantly

Fast, no queues, no manual input.

Monitor data in real time:

  • Active: headphones currently in use
  • Total: total assignments
  • Peak: highest usage reached
