Accessibility statement

Silentsystem Hong Kong Limited is committed to making silentsystem.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, in line with applicable accessibility laws and standards.
This statement describes the site’s current level of accessibility, the limitations we’re aware of, the tools available to visitors and how to report any issues to us.
1. Compliance status
silentsystem.com is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as referenced by the European standard EN 301 549 and widely used as the benchmark for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States.
“Partially compliant” means that some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the requirements. The known issues are listed in the next section, and we’re working to fix them.
2. Content that is not yet accessible
As of our most recent review, the following content has known accessibility limitations:
- Video: some videos, including background videos, have no captions or alternative text description.
- Animations: some sections contain animations and autoplaying videos. These can be reduced with the “Reduce motion” option in the accessibility panel.
- PDF documents: some spec sheets and downloadable documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
- Third-party content: maps, embedded videos, virtual tours and other external services are not under our direct control and may not be fully accessible.
- Color contrast: in some places, the contrast between text and background may be lower than recommended.

3. Site accessibility tools
The accessibility button at the bottom of the screen opens a panel that lets you adjust how the site is displayed to suit your needs. Your choices are saved only in your browser: we don’t use cookies and we don’t collect personal data.
- Text: text size, spacing, line height and a more readable font.
- Color and contrast: high contrast, grayscale, link and focus highlighting.
- Reading and motion: simplified reading, focus mode, reading guide and reduced motion.
The panel can be used with a keyboard and with screen readers, and is available in Italian, English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
Note: the panel is an extra aid for visitors. It does not replace the work of making content accessible and does not, on its own, make the site compliant.
4. Compatibility and technologies
The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on computers, tablets and smartphones, and with the most widely used assistive technologies.
The site’s accessibility relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA.
5. How accessibility was assessed
This statement was prepared on October 14, 2026 based on a self-assessment carried out by Silentsystem Hong Kong Limited using automated testing tools and manual checks.
The statement is reviewed at least once a year and whenever the site undergoes significant changes.

- Tell us which page is affected and briefly describe the problem you ran into.
- We’ll reply within 30 days, explaining how we plan to fix the issue or how we can provide the content in another form.
